Our Hazmat Transportation Workshops provide training in the regulations in the 49 CFR which covers shipping within the United States.  Seats are available to both Infotrac and non-Infotrac  Emergency Response clients.

Any person or supervisor of a person who identifies, packages, marks, labels, prepares shipping papers, transports, or handles hazmat shipments must be trained within 90 days of starting employment/change in job function and must receive recurrent training at least every 3 years. (49 CFR, Part 172, Subpart H)

Infotrac’s US DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation Certification Workshop provides you with the essential skills and techniques for navigating the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) quickly and easily so you can maintain compliance with the requirements of the HMR.

Training topics include: general awareness, identification, packaging, marking, labeling, shipping papers, placarding, segregation, exceptions, safety and security.

Participants, upon successful completion of course, will receive a certificate of attendance.

NOTE: You may want to bring a sweater or jacket for your comfort since meeting rooms are often kept cool.

This is my fourth training with INFOTRAC . It is a good tool for reviewing topics for my company’s hazmat program. Jason is very knowledgeable in this field.
