Our HazMat workshops focus on highway
shipments for shippers and carriers and are available to both
INFOTRAC and non-INFOTRAC clients.
49 CFR, Part 172, Subpart H, requires that all hazmat employees who directly affect hazardous materials transportation safety must be trained within 90 days of starting employment/change in job function and must receive recurrent training at least every 3 years.
Individuals who need to be trained include any person who identifies, packages, marks, labels, prepares shipping papers, transports, or handles hazmat shipments or supervises the above persons.
